In the Culinary Arts program, students learn about the hospitality industry focusing on culinary arts. Students learn about food and beverage production, nutritional values of foods, proper cooking methods, and sanitation.  In addition, there is a focus on travel and tourism, customer relations, business math, and finance. Students can receive several industry certifications.
