Pastry Arts & Baking

The students will be taught a strong foundation in the fundamentals of Baking and pastry arts in the classroom with food safety, culinary math, nutrition & product ID. Then these fundamentals will be utilized in the lab, where students apply their foundational knowledge and create a wide variety of pastries from muffins, French bread, breakfast pastries, pies, chocolate mousse, cookies, cakes and much more.
