We are excited about the many upcoming events at our school, including field trips, seasonal celebrations, and other activities throughout the school year. To ensure a safe and organized environment for our students, we want to remind all families that volunteer paperwork must be on file for any parent, family member or guardian wishing to attend any school event. This requirement applies to all events held during the school day, including classroom activities, field trips, and holiday parties.
Completing this paperwork not only ensures compliance with district policies but also contributes to the safety and security of our school community. For your convenience, the necessary forms can be obtained from the school office or download the forms here - Volunteer Forms Links.
We recommend submitting completed paperwork as early as possible, as processing can take several days. If you plan on attending our Halloween trick-or-treat event tomorrow and have not completed volunteer paperwork, please plan to bring the paperwork completed or arrive early to fill out the forms. A valid ID is required to complete the background check process.
