Program Courses Include:
FANUC Robot Operations
This course covers basic operations of FANUC Robots, using the teach pendant as the main interface point. This course is geared toward providing Operators the introductory knowledge to interact with a FANUC robot through RoboGuide software, FANUC’s 3D robot simulation software.
FANUC ROBOGUIDE WeldPRO
This course is intended for an operator, technician, engineer or programmer who must set up, teach, test, and modify Arc Welding applications and processes using the WeldPRO software addition to RoboGuide.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to design, create, and modify a 3D work cell specifically tailored for Arc Welding applications. Students will learn to use FANUC’s RoboGuide software with the WeldPRO addition to build Arc Welding application work cells.
FANUC ArcTool Operations & Programming
This course is intended for an operator, technician, engineer or programmer who must set up, teach, test, and modify Arc Welding applications and processes on an R-30iB Plus Robot Controller.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student can identify the components of a typical Robotic Arc Welding system. Become familiar with the connection of the welding Power Supply. Become familiar with the creation and manipulation of Weld Procedures and Weld Schedules. Understanding the different Weld Process settings and how to manipulate them for production needs, as well as develop a general understanding of Robotic Arc Welding procedures and practices.
