HOLLAND, MI - Officials from SkillsUSA recently named Mackenzie Causley, a student in the Careerline Tech Center (CTC) Water Conservation and Plumbing Systems program, the state winner in the Plumbing competition at the 41st Annual State Leadership and Skills Conference in April.
