Special Education

Students ages 3-26 with significant cognitive impairments receive specialized education tailored to their unique needs, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Specialized programs include:  Moderate Cognitive Impairment (MOCI), Severe Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and Severe Multiple Impairment (SXI).

A team of over 100 passionate professionals, including teachers, aides, nurses, therapists, consultants, and support staff, is employed to foster a supportive and enriching educational environment.

Students in grades K-12 struggling with significant behavioral disabilities are offered an alternative educational path with tailored learning and behavioral supports to prepare them for a return to their local school.

In partnership with local districts, a thorough process determines student placements and establishes specialized programs as needed.
