Through both internal and external initiatives, we hope to further the region's mission of providing the best educational opportunities possible for our area students.
Within our organization, we support the mission, vision, and values of the OAISD by developing and facilitating processes and strategies that allow us to hire and retain the best people, provide ongoing support and training to each individual in the organization, and acknowledge the importance of our employees' personal lives. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, accessibility, and overall sense of caring for our employees.
Externally, we support local district efforts through consultant and technical assistance. By providing a regular forum for discussion of key issues, we are able to provide leadership and resources that help area human resources administrators operate more efficiently and effectively.
