Outlook on the web (for email, calendar, contacts, and tasks) requires no configuration and is available anywhere you have an Internet connection.

Note: You may also click on the Quick Links found on the OAISD website.O365 includes many new features beyond the basic Mail/Calendar/People, for the initial migration we are going to focus on the basic features, email/calendar/contacts.

On the O365 menu bar at the top of the page, look for the app launcher.  squares  Click and choose People.

O365 Mobile setup

O365 mobile setup will assist you in setting up email on your Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows phone and Windows 10 devices.

You may setup your account with the built-in app on your device or you can download the free Outlook app.

If you would like to download the O365 software suite on your mobile device, open a web browser and go to O365 Personal software download

Log into your account and you should see the O365 install page.  Follow the steps to download software available to you through the O365 Education faculty licensing.

O365 Education Faculty software for home

**OAITC Technology Department asks that you refrain from downloaing the O365 Proplus programs on your OAISD work computers. Client Services Support team will be updating software on OAISD computers in the coming months.**

The Office 365 Education faculty  program allows current OAISD employees to download the latest versions of Microsoft Office software on personal devices no cost. All available applications (dependent on device) may be installed on up to 5 computers and 5 mobile devices.
