The Ottawa Area Information Technology Consortium (OAITC) Help Desk mission is to serve as the primary point of contact for all Information Technology services and to provide consistent communication and support in a professional, competent, and timely manner.

The OAITC Help Desk is the primary point of contact for reporting all telecommunication, computer and network problems. 

All incoming calls are logged and pursued until customer satisfaction is achieved.
