A partnership involving students with disabilities, families, school and post-school service personnel, local community representatives, and employers. All students leave school to transition into their adult lives. "Transition" describes that critical transformation and includes the education, legal information, planning, and community connections of our special education students need to achieve adult goals.

OAISD Transition Network Team Meetings


The OAISD Transition Network Team meetings will begin at
11:30 a.m. and will adjourn at approximately 2:30 p.m.

Meetings are scheduled on Tuesdays on the following dates:

*September 20, 2016
*November 15,2016
*January 17, 2017
*March 28, 2017
May 16, 2017

*Transition Coaches (School Staff) will also be meeting 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
